Business consulting is one of the core pillars of our company. i-STAFF supports businesses in their growth, legal compliance, and operational improvements. Through carefully designed strategies and practical tools, we help our clients take advantage of opportunities such as HRDA subsidy schemes, which can cover up to €8,000 per position.

We also provide services in Health & Safety through regular inspections, support the implementation and maintenance of ISO systems (9001, 22000, 14001, 45001), and ensure full compliance with GDPR regulations. In addition, we offer solutions for ESG reporting and carbon footprint assessments, helping businesses remain modern and competitive.

THE COACHING CORNER (Career Coaching)

Career Coaching is a personalized development process that helps you discover your strengths, improve your skills, and create a clear professional path. At i-STAFF, we believe that every person has the potential to grow professionally, provided they receive the right guidance.

The aim of career coaching is to help you:

  • Better understand your professional capabilities and prospects.

  • Gain confidence and tools to face challenges.

  • Prepare for new career opportunities or a career change.

 

Example Career Coaching Program:

  1. Self-Awareness & Self-Assessment – Understanding personal strengths and using assessment tools.

  2. Career Strategy – Defining goals and developing a step-by-step plan.

  3. CV & Interview Preparation – Redesigning CV, LinkedIn profile, and practicing interviews.

  4. Soft Skills Development – Enhancing communication, time and stress management, professional image.

The program usually consists of 6–8 individual sessions of 60 minutes each. It is fully tailored to each person’s needs and pace, with continuous feedback and practical exercises.
